Tariq is a visionary and a leader who is expert at identifying problems in healthcare, and developing innovative solutions. Tariq's 25+ years owning and managing pharmacies convinced him of the need to enhance the role that pharmacy plays in medicines management. 

Martin has been working as Finance Director with Tariq since 2001 (formerly with Pharmacy Plus). Within his capacity at Invatech, Martin supports the company with management planning services, financial management, contract reviews, tax planning and compliance.

Wahid is responsible for the implementation of Invatech’s new technologies for the healthcare sector, and ensuring that Invatech’s technology strategy (architecture, development and best practice) continues to support Invatech's constantly-evolving business objectives.

Jeff has 20 years' experience in pharmacy IT and is passionate about using technology to deliver change in challenging environments. He is responsible for the management and transformation of Invatech’s IT to support its cutting-edge software innovations. 

Hooman leads the day to day operations and service for Atlas EMAR ensuring our customers are getting the best experience out of our products. Hooman draws from his extensive experience in care homes and pharmacies over many years ensuring our service is second to none.

Sajid is in charge of developing and implementing Invatech’s direct sales strategies, modifying them in line with changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures, and leading the direct sales team towards the achievement of its sales objectives.
