__utma This cookie is typically written to the browser upon the first visit to your site from that web browser. If the cookie has been deleted by the browser operator, and the browser subsequently visits your site, a new __utma cookie is written with a different unique ID. This cookie is used to determine unique visitors to your site and it is updated with each page view. Additionally, this cookie is provided with a unique ID that Google Analytics uses to ensure both the validity and accessibility of the cookie as an extra security measure.
__utmb This cookie is used to establish and continue a user session with your site. When a user views a page on your site the Google Analytics code attempts to update this cookie. If it does not find the cookie, a new one is written and a new session is established. Each time a user visits a different page on your site, this cookie is updated to expire in 30 minutes, thus continuing a single session for as long as user activity continues within 30-minute intervals. This cookie expires when a user pauses on a page on your site for longer than 30 minutes. You can modify the default length of a user session with the _setSessionCookieTimeout() method.

It is used to calculate search engine traffic, ad campaigns and page navigation within your own site. The cookie is updated with each page view to your site.
__utmv This cookie is not normally present in a default configuration of the tracking code. the __utmv cookie passes the information provided via the _setVar() method, which you use to create a custom user segment. This string is then passed to the Analytics servers in the GIF request URL via the utmcc parameter. This cookie is only written if you have added the _setVar() method for the tracking code on your website page.
__utmx This cookie is used by Website Optimizer and only set when the Website Optimizer tracking code is installed and correctly configured for your pages. When the optimizer script executes, this cookie stores the variation this visitor is assigned to for each experiment, so the visitor has a consistent experience on your site.  See the Website Optimizer Help Center for more information.

Invatech Health specialises in the creation and
development of innovative healthcare solutions

Our solutions start off as big ideas aiming to solve big problems.
Then with our team of highly experienced individuals we bring these ideas to life.

Our Vision

Within the last two decades, technology has revolutionised everything about the way we live, work and interact with each other. Our expectations have grown and every industry has embraced technology to meet our demands, drive efficiencies and improve customer experience. However the healthcare sector has been slow to deliver tangible change. Sure we have lots of computers, the latest medical equipment and numerous “apps” but the processes which form the backbone of patient care at the point of delivery remain in the dark ages. The vast majority of prescriptions are written on paper, care plans are manual, communication between healthcare professionals is poor and the supply chain for medicines is still as it was 20 years ago. These inefficiencies drain the NHS and prevent us from delivering 21st century care to the patients who need it the most.

Our mission is to improve patient outcomes, reduce NHS costs and enhance the way healthcare professionals deliver care. We aim to do this by introducing well-designed, intuitive software solutions which are underpinned by new processes and models of practice.

Our Company

Our team consists of skilled software developers as well as doctors, pharmacists and academic researchers. We have background experience of working closely with commissioners, universities, professional bodies, healthcare organisations and patient groups. Our people have been responsible for influencing change in important areas of healthcare practice including pharmacy, care services and hospitals.

What We do

Institutional Care

Patients that are provided care within settings such as care homes, hospitals, hospices and prisons are often challenged which it comes to medicines management and care delivery. Processes within these environments are often complex and involve a multi-disciplinary approach. We have developed a detailed understanding of the issues and our solutions such as PCS aims to help improve patient safety and reduced risk of medication errors.

Mental Health

Mental health is a highly complex and growing area. There is an increased need to monitor patients closely to ensure effective treatment and wellbeing. Early intervention is crucial to avoid relapse and unplanned hospital admissions. We are currently developing a system to provide a new approach to mental health. Our technology solution will help improve the surveillance of patients across the primary/ secondary care interface.

Pharmacy Services

Pharmacists are highly trained and capable individuals that have a vital role in medicines optimisation. However the technology typically used within the community pharmacy setting does not support the pharmacist in this role. We have developed one of the most advanced pharmacy systems which helps manage the pharmacy’s processes and deliver advanced services. The CAPA system has been designed to take pharmacy services to a new level of operational capability.

Electronic Health Record

There are numerous health records being used amongst the professional disciplines. However many of these are legacy systems that have gradually evolved over time, only look at the one dimension of the patient’s record. We believe that today’s EHRs needs to incorporate more than just the patient. Our central health record, called Invalife, not only provides a comprehensive view of a patient but helps manage the organisations and healthcare professionals that deliver care to the patients.

Our Products

Proactive Care System® (PCS)

PCS has been the most successful electronic medicines management solution for care homes in the UK having been implemented in over 600 sites. Over 100,000 patients have received medication via PCS and over 25,000 staff are trained on its use. At Invatech Health we have re-modelled PCS so it can be provided to the care sector via local pharmacies, both independent and national chains.

Visit the PCS website.

Consolidated Application for Pharmacy Administration® (CAPA)

CAPA is a fit for purpose, fully functional pharmacy system designed specifically for Care Home dispensing & medication management. CAPA has been built with the input of many healthcare professionals, and dispensing staff at the heart of its development. CAPA has produced over 20million dispensing labels and managed medication for over 200,000 patients.

InvaLife is a new concept and takes a fresh approach to managing the patients health record. It forms not only a central repository of patient data, but serves as a portal for organisations and their workforce to manage role based access and service delivery to the patient.

Join Our Team

At Invatech Health we believe that our solutions are only as good as the people who help create them. We therefore invest in recruiting the best staff who not just share our vision but help create it. Our people are destined to leave a legacy of great products that make a difference to people’s lives. As well as being serious about our work, we make every effort to make our work fun and enjoyable so we can create a positive culture. As we are a rapidly growing business with big plans, we are always on the lookout for new talent. So if you think you’ve got what it takes to make a difference, then join us.

We have a different approach

  • Work
  • Think
  • Meet
  • Play
  • Eat

Invatech build perfect solutions to big problems. Whether you are helping a user or writing code, we try and make the work environment comfortable and give you the tools you need to do what you do best. Multiple monitors and fast computers fitted as standard.

We want your creativity and your ideas to help build great solutions. Think is an area to put your thoughts down on a whiteboard, or to sit and contemplate how you might jump over that hurdle (or go under it, or remove the hurdle, or build something to float over it).

Two heads are better than one, and even if they aren’t, we want you to spend time with your colleagues and talk about problems, functionality, achievements or anything that might help develop you or the team.

We can’t work all the time, and we want you to be relaxed. Relax or have a game of Wii tennis against a colleague – you could kill two birds with one stone and discuss that functionality whilst improving your backhand.

Food is important. We like food, and we are sure you like food. So let’s eat!
